SeawayCity.com, with the Universal Resource Locator (URL) https://www.seawaycity.com and https://www.seawaycity.ca, is a non-profit website hosted with DataCom Network Services Inc., a privately held Canadian corporation, located in Cornwall Ontario Canada.

Site visits

When visiting www.seawaycity.com you can do so anonymously. When you do so, we only collect meta data such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, which pages you accessed, your browser agent and version.

Contact form

When contacting SeawayCity.com using our contact form we collect additional information such as your name, your email address, along with the subject and contents of the message. We use that information to reply or to contact the sender. Once submitted, the contact information and message is delivered to SeawayCity.com and once received is subject to the SeawayCity.com Terms & Conditions and internal policies.

If you are a SeawayCity.com subscriber, you may also have an account login. Additional information such as name, address, phone number, etc. is also collected in order to setup an account. Having such an account is subject to the SeawayCity.com Terms & Conditions.
